Do you accept my health insurance?Evolved Chiropractic & Rehab has chosen to remain out-of-network with all insurance carriers. This decision was made with our patients in mind, enabling us to spend significantly more time together to better understand your needs and tailor a treatment plan that is unique to you. That stated, we understand several insurance plans do cover chiropractic care and will gladly provide an itemized superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for any potential reimbursement. You are also able to use your HSA or FSA toward care plans.

How does Evolved differ from other clinics? While there are some fantastic in-network providers out there, the majority of insurance-based clinics are plagued with long wait times, brief appointments, and impersonal care managed by assistants rather than the doctor themselves. Remaining out-of-network allows us to offer longer visits, virtually no wait times, and one-on-one care with the doctor from start to finish. Moreover, we have found many practices offer only a fraction of the services we provide, allowing us to achieve outcomes others have been unable to.

Do I have to be adjusted?Of course not! While spinal and extremity joint manipulations (adjustments) can be incredibly effective, they are by no means a requirement in every care plan. We employ a variety of techniques that can be used alongside or in place of adjustments based upon your preferences, condition, and goals.

I’m not an 'athlete'. Can I still work with you?Absolutely! We assist folks of all ages, abilities, and athletic backgrounds in overcoming pain and achieving their health and performance goals. Whether that’s picking up a barbell, swinging a golf club, carrying a laundry basket, keeping up with the grandkids, or anything in between, our individualized care plans provide the blueprint to get you there.

Do I need a referral for chiropractic care?Nope! A physician referral for chiropractic care is not required in Pennsylvania.
